OneGuard sent out Eric from ABE (Above Beyond Expectations), and that name truly fits. Eric was incredibly professional, kind, respectful, and clearly very competent. He had our stovetop back up and running in literal minutes, and he even went the extra mile by providing a specific part number for an additional piece our local parts store couldn’t locate. I genuinely appreciate his diligence, calm demeanor, and expertise—it’s rare to find service this efficient and pleasant. He diagnosed the problem with my microwave and had it fixed in about half an hour. He was very friendly and a pleasure to talk to. This service call was through American Water Resources home warranty, and I'm glad they chose ABE for the Repair.

Nothing was wrong with the dryer, we just needed a vent duct cleaning. He came back a couple of days later and performed the cleaning and recommended yearly cleaning. I am pleased.
